Typical traditional dry sausage, made with 100% medium-grain Nebrodi Black Pig meat with the addition of granulated black pepper, salt, natural flavours added to the ingredients, stuffed into natural intestines with a diameter of 28 to 40 mm, it has the shape of a stick or horseshoe, after aging from 15 to 40 days.
