Typical traditional dry sausage, made with 100% medium-grain Nebrodi Black Pig meat and Nero d’Avola wine added during preparation with the addition of granulated black pepper, fennel seeds and salt to the ingredients, stuffed into natural intestines with a diameter of 28 to 40 mm, it has the shape of a stick or horseshoe, after aging from 15 to 40 days.
