    Pesto delle Isole contains wild fennel (50%), capers, almonds, dried tomatoes, oregano, olive oil, garlic, chilli, basil. The fennel is blanched and then blended with all the other ingredients. The mixture obtained is pasteurized in glass jars.
    How to use : for pasta after having slightly heated it or on bruschetta and croutons.
