Dono Nebrodi Black Pig Salami with Herbs

Typical traditional dry sausage, made with meat of Nebrodi Black Pig and Troina Pig, medium-grained with the addition of salt, mix of aromatic herbs present in the Nebrodi and non-Nebrodi woods and natural flavours added to the ingredients, stuffed into natural intestines in the shape of sticks tied with green string, after aging from 15 to 40 days.

Ingredients: 70% Troina Pig, 30% Nebrodi Black Pig, Herbs of Nebrodi, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Natural Flavours, Sodium Nitrite E250
